Northern red oak is likely to be the most popular species oak on the planet, and for good reason. It has an incredibly large natural range, and proves to thrive outside of that range in landscapes across the globe. Northern red’s also produce high quality lumber, and plenty of good sized acorns to boot. 

Plant this winner with beautiful fall color in well drained bottoms, coves, and the lower portion of ridges to enhance your property’s overall value.
